Guided Tours Terms & Conditions
US BIKE TRAVEL does all the planning and gives travelers the freedom to marvel at the scenery, make new friends, and dream about their next trip with US BIKE TRAVEL.
Rental Confirmation & Credit Card Deposit
With your signature on the Tour Confirmation & Credit Card Deposit Agreement Form you accept these Terms and Conditions as a binding contract between US BIKE TRAVEL and yourself, as the Guided Tour Participant. Please read them carefully. US BIKE TRAVEL cannot accept any tour participant without a duly signed Tour Confirmation & Credit Card Deposit Agreement Form on day of motorcycle pick-up.
Reservation and Deposit
One day and half-day tours: A $200 USD per Vehicle non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to the arrival date for the tour. If the booking is made less than 45 days before the arrival date, full payment is due immediately at the time of booking.
Multi-day tours: A $750 USD per person deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to the arrival date for the tour.
By signing the Credit Card Authorization form you give US BIKE TRAVEL permission to charge your card 65 days prior to tour start. If the total balance is not received 60 days before tour start, US BIKE TRAVEL reserves the right to cancel the reservation and charge a cancellation fee. When less than 60 days remain between booking and tour start, full payment is due on the day of confirmation.
Release and Waiver
Every participant is required to accept and sign a Tour Agreement and Liability Release Waiver before the Guided Tour begins. US BIKE TRAVEL cannot accept a tour participant without these signed forms. Our agents can provide a copy upon request.
Baggage
US BIKE TRAVEL assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or delay in delivering baggage to tour participants. Baggage insurance is recommended.
Cancellation and Refunds
One day and half-day tours:
Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to departure may be subject to a $200 per booked motorcycle cancellation fee. This fee may be applied to a future tour booking within 18 months of the original tour start date.
Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to departure:
- 45–31 days before departure: 60% of total booking amount
- 30 days or less before departure: 100% of total booking amount
- No show: 100% of total booking amount
Multi-day tours:
Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to departure may be subject to a $200 per booked motorcycle cancellation fee. This fee may be applied to a future tour booking within 18 months of the original tour start date.
Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to departure:
- 60–31 days before departure: 60% of total booking amount
- 30 days or less before departure: 100% of total booking amount
- No show: 100% of total booking amount
Any outstanding cancellation fees will be invoiced via payment link. If a refund is due, it will be returned to the original payment method.
Tour Cancellation
In the rare event of a tour cancellation, US BIKE TRAVEL will notify all participants immediately and offer either a Self-Drive option or a rescheduled tour. If neither is accepted, a full refund will be issued. US BIKE TRAVEL is not liable for additional costs such as flights, hotels, or car rentals booked independently. Your full tour price will be refunded if the tour is cancelled prior to the scheduled start date.
US BIKE TRAVEL recommends adequate travel, health, accident, and trip cancellation insurance.
Non-Observance of Traffic Laws
If a participant does not comply with traffic laws or group travel requirements, US BIKE TRAVEL may cancel the contract and secure the rental motorcycle.
Rental Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid motorcycle operator's license
- Minimum one year of riding experience on heavyweight motorcycles
- Major credit card required
Tour Guides
Your tour guides are there to assist you throughout the tour. It is important for all riders to listen carefully to the guide's safety and travel instructions each morning. Should you wish to travel independently for any period, the guides can assist in planning a suitable route.
Alterations to Tour Schedule
Where seasonal variances or weather conditions cause changes in routing or accommodation, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly with alternate hotels, restaurants, and roads.
Weather Conditions
US BIKE TRAVEL schedules tours during favorable riding seasons. However, weather can change rapidly. US BIKE TRAVEL cannot be held liable for unpleasant weather conditions, and no refunds are granted for weather-related issues.
Waiver Coverage
All Theft and Damage Waivers and Supplemental Liability Insurance are subject to the rental contract terms and do not cover injury, personal property, or damage resulting from negligence, illegal use, or use while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. A police report is required for all damages or accidents.
Insurance
US BIKE TRAVEL recommends adequate travel, health, accident, and trip cancellation insurance. Theft and Damage Waivers and Supplemental Liability Insurance are available.
Free Transfers
Transfer between contracted arrival/departure hotels and US BIKE TRAVEL locations is included on all guided tours. Restrictions may apply at various locations.
Custom Pick-Up / Drop-Off
Pick-up or drop-off at a location other than scheduled may incur an additional charge.
Helmets
Helmets are included with all tours. Clients are encouraged to bring their own for comfort and fit. Helmets may also be purchased at US BIKE TRAVEL locations.
Motorcycle Gear
Adequate protective clothing is required. Shorts, sandals, or soft sneakers are not permitted. Motorcycle rental may be denied without proper gear. Appropriate clothing is available for purchase or rental at our office. US BIKE TRAVEL assumes no responsibility for bodily injury or damage to personal effects.
Storage
US BIKE TRAVEL provides storage for additional client luggage at the pick-up location during the tour. US BIKE TRAVEL is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Fuel and Oil
Fuel and oil costs are included on all guided tour riding days. US BIKE TRAVEL reserves the right to charge an additional fee if fuel costs significantly exceed the average price at time of booking.

All reservations are on a request basis and must be confirmed by the US BIKE TRAVEL Guided Tour Department.
Payment
Deposits and balances can be paid by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or Diners Club. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee. Wire transfer is also accepted; balance must be credited to the US BIKE TRAVEL account 60 days prior to tour start. All wire transfer fees are to be paid by the customer.
